Many of the leaders and board members of The Place of Refuge have been actively working and serving in Philadelphia’s inner city areas for decades. Our co-founder and psychologist, Diane Langberg, Ph.D., still remains a clinical supervisor of counseling services at The Place of Refuge. The Executive Director, board members and staff of The Place of Refuge include local community pastors and leaders.
