Many of the leaders and board members of The Place of Refuge have been actively working and serving in Philadelphia’s inner city areas for decades. Our co-founder and psychologist, Diane Langberg, Ph.D., has been and still remains the clinical supervisor of counseling services at The Place of Refuge. The Executive Director, board members and staff of The Place of Refuge include local community pastors and leaders.
